Birth can be unpredictable, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. My role is to bring a calm, steady presence into your birth space while making sure you feel informed, supported, and heard.

I’m not there to tell you how to give birth or to push you toward a certain kind of experience. Whether your birth includes an epidural, induction, unmedicated labor, or an unexpected change in plans, I’m there to support your choices.

I’ll help you understand your options, work through comfort measures and positioning, support your partner, and stay by your side through the moments when you need reassurance most.
