A little piece of the time you carried them.
You spend months watching your belly grow, feeling those little kicks, and wondering who this tiny person will be. Then suddenly they’re in your arms, and the body that carried them begins to change again.
A maternity belly cast preserves the shape of you during this season. Each piece is cast directly from your body, then refined and finished by hand—creating something you can see, touch, and keep long after your baby arrives.
Created in my Modesto studio, with soft ivory and gold leaf finishes.
From your beautiful belly to a keepsake
Your sculpture begins with a cast taken directly from your body, preserving the curves that held your little one.
From there, I work on your piece by hand—reinforcing, refining, and smoothing it before adding the soft ivory finish and gold leaf details. There’s a lot of love and work between the first plaster strip and the finished piece.
Each sculpture is a little different, because each one starts with you.
Your Maternity Sculpture
$500
Your experience includes a private 60–90 minute casting appointment in my Modesto studio and your finished, handcrafted maternity sculpture.
After your appointment, I’ll reinforce, refine, and finish your piece in soft ivory with gold leaf details—a keepsake of the shape that held your baby.
Please allow 4–6 weeks after your casting appointment for your finished piece to be ready for pickup.
Mounting hardware is available for an additional fee.
